Will the survey be taken seriously if the answers are all either strongly agree or all strongly disagree? Does there have to be some variability or it will get excluded from the final results?
There are a few people i strongly disagree with but I want there to be a chance they actually get demoted... and vice versa
Has this ever actually been a thing where they'll open a register if 2 or more people are waiting at the registers?
I mean I know they aren't managers but even head cashiers get .75 for the extra responsibility.
Whenever someone asks where lumber,drywall, etc. is, I'll tem outside in the lumber shed. they seem to often say, "Even if i just need one?!?" and be upset. I genuinely dont understand what they mean by this. Are they implying other stores have a closer to the exit, only-take-one section? Please, why would the quantity make a difference where it is stocked. Even if it was a just need one type of thing, there would be multiple stocked there and that would just be the location of them at that point.
I know you get a point for an "unauthorized break extension" but does it kinda turn it into a lunch and unpaid or still a paid long break?
