Help me doing my first pull up

Hello,

I’m 1.80 m tall and weigh 100 kg. I’m trying to do my first pull-up, but I can’t because of my weight. I have some body fat (of course), but overall I’m pretty athletic—I play a lot of racquet sports and run from time to time (once a week). I can do 3 sets of 5 negative pull-ups, but I can’t do a full pull-up. It’s most likely a strength issue, so in addition to continuing the negatives, I’ve started a diet to lose weight and make the exercise a little easier for myself, lol.

Do you have any recommendations to help me achieve my goal faster?

pictures used against my will

Hello, I just found that someone used my pictures on a dating app. Those pictures were posted when I has 16 on Facebook and I deleted them few years ago so I guess this account is online since then. I want them and the account deleted but I don't know how to do it. Does anyone have suggestions ?

I'm not sure if this is the right thread but this is a bottle in the sea
Thanks for your help

Adansonii struggles to unfold

Hello,
I have this cutie for 3 weeks now but an old leaf (black arrow)which I though was going to unfold is struggling to deploy itself. For comparison, the leaf above (white arrow) is newer than the old one and seems perfectly fine. Anyone have suggestions ? Is it normal or harmful for the plant ?

Thanks :)

Any ideas what’s happening ?

Hello I bought and immediately repotted this girl a week ago but since, brown and soft patches are growing on old leaves . New leaves are very clean however.
I repotted in 40% regular soil + 30% orchid soil +30% perlite.
I have 50-65% humidity and 25-30 degres Celsius along the day. She is receiving a nice amount of reflected light.
Is this just stress from repotting or is it hydric stress or something else ?
What’s your opinion on this ? Should I cut it or leave it like this

Did I repotted it the right way ?

Hello,

I repotted it 2 days ago and she seems fine but I was wondering if I repotted my thai cons well and if I attached the right part of the plant to the tutor.

Thanks for your help !
