Wash/paint not sticking on model

Hello everyone, yesterday I was starting to paint my Panzer III and experienced something odd… I primed the model with black spray primer from vallejo and afterwards uniform grey spray primer as a base color, added some brighter highlights with a sponge and washed it with diluted nuln oil but after the wash dried, there were several spots where it looked like there was no paint anymore, even the primer seemed to be gone. Anyone ever had something like that? Might it be due to the resin?

I recently updated my adrenaline to the newest version (26.3.1). I was previously running 25.12.1 I think. I removed the old driver via DDU. After that I experienced major stability issues with games like ARC Raiders, Tarkov and the Titan Quest 2 EA. Before I never had a single crash in ARC and only one or two in TQ but it is still in EA so thats not super unexpected. Now its basically every 10-15 min across all games. This can go from just a driver crash up to a full reset of my whole system just rebooting without me doing anything which I never had happened before ever, even with my old computer. Afterwards I went back to 25.12.1 and all issues were gone.

Now my question is: are the 26.xxx versions just that shit or did I potentially do something wrong in a setting that is causing this with the new versions? Do you have the same issues and how did you resolve it? For reference: I have a 9070 XT.
