I lost my ELO by playing on another device

I normally play Oaken Tower on my desktop PC. Yesterday I wanted to play some Duos with a friend, so I installed/opened the game on my laptop.

What was weird was that the game couldn't load my normal save on the laptop. I didn't think much of it at the time and just played 2–3 rounds anyway. I figured, whatever, screw the ELO.

Today I started the game on my desktop again and… apparently the laptop save has overwritten my normal save.

The weird part is that the leaderboard still shows my old ELO, but my actual game progress/save is now the one from the laptop.

So apparently playing on another device can overwrite your save? Is this a known issue, or did I somehow mess something up?

Is the Taranis Q X7 still a good radio with an ELRS module?

Hey everyone,

I've been flying in real life with the Radiomaster Pocket for about 1 hour and 20 minutes now, and these are actually my first real-life FPV flights. I think it's a pretty good radio.

I have around 80 hours in the simulator using my FrSky Taranis Q X7, and I really miss flying with it. I just prefer the larger gimbal spacing, and it feels much more comfortable to rest my hands on while flying.

I'm thinking about buying an ELRS module for the Q X7 instead of replacing it with a newer radio this size. What do you guys think? Is it still worth using such an old radio in 2026, or should I just move on to something newer?

I'd rather not spend a lot of money again if I don't have to.

Neu im FPV – Suche Leute zum gemeinsamen Fliegen!

Moin zusammen,

ich habe mir vor Kurzem die Pavo20 Pro 2 geholt – sie ist meine erste FPV-Drohne.

Jetzt wollte ich mal fragen, ob es hier Leute gibt, die ebenfalls FPV fliegen und Lust hätten, sich mal zum gemeinsamen Fliegen zu treffen. Gerade als Anfänger würde ich mich freuen, ein paar Leute aus der Community kennenzulernen und vielleicht den einen oder anderen Tipp mitzunehmen.

Ich wohne direkt in Münster, in der Nähe vom Aasee.

Question about batteries for cinematic flights on the Pavo20 Pro 2

Hey everyone!

I'm officially an FPV pilot now! I recently got a Pavo20 Pro 2 and had my very first real flight.

The conditions weren't ideal (around 25 km/h wind), and my batteries lasted about 4 minutes. I'm not doing freestyle yet because it still feels a bit too crazy for me, but I've already spent around 70 hours in the simulator, so I'm getting comfortable with flying.

Right now I'm using S3 Lava 580mAh batteries, and I honestly think they're great for fast, fun flights.

My question is: Is there a different battery that could give me longer flight times? I'd love to get a bit more endurance for smooth cinematic shots, for example while on vacation, rather than fast flying.

Also, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who gave me advice before I bought my first FPV drone. Your recommendations really helped me make the right decision, and I'm super happy to finally be part of the FPV community!

I'd really appreciate any recommendations or tips. Thanks!
