We’ve had our V6 for about a year and assumed the remote was terrible and have dealt with it. But recently, my sister in law recently purchased one and her remote is extremely responsive compared to ours. I’ve double checked ours is connected via Bluetooth and I’ve also factory reset the box to see if it’d help but it did not. We have to press hard every button for it to register and it’ll take a minute to type in a movie or show. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? Is there other cheap remotes out there that would work with the V6 box? I’m about ready to chuck this remotes in the trash. Thank you!
