I have the request to deliver Hyper Extract to Armory Granny in Pokke. The quests status is Report and Objective is to deliver the item to the trader. But shes just not in Pokke and no matter how much I travel between areas there is never a location marked with an exclamation mark Nor is Armory Granny in Pokke

I just got the Hub quest to slam a Diablos (its kicking my butt and since I am going solo I havent beaten it yet) Any advice on why I can't turn it in? Or do I need to get G1 first?
