due to his health, Twillight/Loid has stayed very much in the background during this arc... he couldn't do anything, despite Fiona's messages.

he is a pragmatic spy who always puts the mission first. he views anything he didn’t anticipate as a result of his own incompetence. he believes he absolutely must be perfect at all times.

think about it, how will he react when he learns that he missed a UNIQUE opportunity to find out more about his target, Donovan Desmond, who was in the same hospital as him ? if he had been in his normal state, he could have learned more and done more...

There are a lot of possibilities for how he might react... maybe he'll feel responsible for this failure? maybe he'll reflect on how he's changed since starting the Forger family?

In any case, I think this incident could REALLY affect him. he's going to realize that unfortunately he can't control everything, despite his experience.

Latest chapter ended up with Anya using her powers to find Donovan's voice. With her nose bleeding, it looks like she's gotten some kind of power-up, or maybe she's using them really intensively.

What do y'all expect to happen ?

Maybe Anya will finally meet Donovan ? Maybe we'll get some answers (or another cliffhanger lol).
Feel like Yor will meet Donovan before Anya while searching for her. Loid really isn't going to do much this arc, look at him 😭

I found this expression really sincere. Really love how the author uses them.

This look pretty much confirmed, imo, that he trust and LOVES her. It's just a question of time. He's slowly changing. Despite his years of experience, he's losing his edge and composure. He's slowly emancipating from Twlight!

The realization is going to be BRUTAL. But it'll worth it. It's getting closer.

One year since chapter 120 release on MangaPlus.

This chapter was truly AWESOME! As y'all know, there was some pretty long-awaited words from our socially-awkward yet favorite assassin 👀❤️.

If I recall correctly, this chapter was ranked 9th on the most-read chapters of 2025 on MangaPlus (West). It shows that a lot of us are rooting for Twiyor and their slow blossoming love!

While romance isn't the main focus of the manga, it is undeniable that there's something really appealing about their chemistry. I can't wait to see how things will evolve over time!

Personally, it has to be in my top 3 so far. Did you guys also enjoy this chapter ? Why or why not ?

As of today, the Shopkeeper remains a somewhat mysterious figure. He and his organization, Garden, deliberately distance themselves from Ostania's modern political scene in order to carry out missions according to their own moral code.

He is relatively cold and utilitarian: as we saw with Yor, he places the utmost importance on their ability to carry out their missions. On the other hand, he shows a semblance of empathy, he has considerable respect for >!McMahon!< and grants Yor an unusual fair amount of freedom - especially with her family.

Do you think he'll become an ally of the Forger family later on, or the opposite ?

Personally, he really gives me the "secret antagonist" vibe, especially with his philosophy of “As long as you do your job right, you can do whatever you want". Maybe his relationship with Yor is going to get rockier ? Maybe he'll become more and more suspicious of Twilight ? Heck, maybe he knows something about Anya...

I saw this debate a while back on this subreddit, and I wanted to see if opinions had changed since then. Especially with the few latest chapters.

1. On the one hand, there’s the logical answer: they’ll only do it once they know the truth about each other. Secrets and responsibilities weighed too heavily on them. They no longer have to worry about appearances around each other. They accepted each other for who they are.

2. On the other hand, if they decide to truly confess their feelings to each other before they really know who they are, it could be interesting to see that love put to the test. Does their love go beyond the appearances? (Yes). Will they be able to forgive each other for all those lies ? Even if less likely, this scenario is, imo, much more intense.

Eventhough I like both ideas (each has its own appeal), I have a strong feeling that the 1st option is the one that will actually happen. The editor of SPYxFAMILY said that once a relationship takes a step forward, it changes forever and can’t go back. That’s why I’m a bit skeptical about the second scenario.

The answer might seem logical, but Endo-sensei’s unpredictability has taught us never to jump to conclusions.

The more I read the manga/watch the anime, the more I want to see certain things/events to eventually happen in the future...

- learning more about Donovan Desmond (>!and his connection to Project Apple!<)

- witnessing all the secrets from the Forger family to be revealed to each other (their real identities, jobs, feelings...)

- Loid interacting with Garden, could be very interesting

- knowing more about Anya's and Yor's past (Who are anya biological parents, how did yor get recruited by garden...)

- learning more about Garden in general

- Loid being more aware of his own feelings, and eventually stop the spy act for a little bit

- Yor and Loid getting closer...

- The infamous "Yuri sleepover" scenario lol

- Franky hopefully getting a girl

- A Loid and Yor teamup

- (Shinzo Abe)

And so much more...

What do y'all want to see happen in the future ? It can also be your own theories about what's next!

Mines are pretty general tbh, but i also have a lot of hypothetical scenarios that I would LOVE to see 🙂‍↕️

Tbh I'm really hoping it's Yor for the plot. If its the case, poor Loid is really gonna have a hard time getting out of the current situation...

So far, Endo-sensei is feeding us with some BANGER chapters, with a lot of TwiYor!
