Against my better judgement, I thought I could purchase Bunny Cannon with 50 of some new type of ticket. Instead I got 1 essence instead of the dang weapon. Lol.

This is a 3/16” aluminum sheet, 5052. It’s been powdercoated and there is this “bleed through” that the manufacturer says can’t be avoided when welding another piece of 3/16” behind it.

Is this in fact unavoidable? What do the welders need to do to eliminate this effect? It’s happening too often and clients have been rejecting the final product.

Someone has told me it’s welding “way too hot”. Is this the case? Does it just need ground out before powdercoating?
