Is it worth getting 200amp service on new construction?

Buying a new construction in Ottawa area. One of the structural upgrades is 200amp service and future ev charger rough in.
The cost for both combined is 5000$( 3500 for 200amp and 1500 for ev rough in)
Is it worth getting it? Or better to get it later
I don’t drive EV but maybe in few years
Not sure
This is a single family detached house
Thanks

Does the hst rebate covers tax on the upgrades as well?

While booking a pre construction single family , when we talked to sales guy, we asked about structural upgrade cost and he said $10k + tax
So my question is the rebate is applied to pure house price or to the upgrades too? Because usually the house price is total of price of the house + upgrades right? Google is giving mix answers so want to see if someone already went through this
Thanks

18X20 garage for single family is good for single family home?

Planning to buy a richcraft single family home and see that most of their houses are standard 18ft wide 20ft deep .
Is this good enough for 2 suvs?
They have option to make it 20x20 for I think $15k
Trying to see if it’s worth it.
Thanks for your input

Edit: thanks guys for all the responses. They told me they can’t change garage size on my lot as it has to be corner unit or pie lot(bigger lot ) to accommodate 2 ft extra width so I guess I have to park one car on driveway and one car in garage :(

How important is walk in pantry?

We are looking at new construction single houses
And some have walk-in pantries and some have array of cabinets instead.
How impartant is walk-in pantry when you are buying a house ? Regardless of new build or old. Me and my partner have conflict over this. One needs it one says cabinets are fine. Trying to see what people think when purchasing a house? Is it a big factor ?

One of my friend is looking to buy a new construction house and we were talking about some stuff( I bought new construction few years back)
He was telling me that if he goes in to book a house they are giving $4000-$5000 referral bonus but if he goes through a realtor then they don’t give anything (as builder has to pay the realtor some commission)
I did not use realtor when purchasing my new construction back in the day so I was wondering what does realtor help in when buying new construction? I mean prices are pretty much set right ? Do they somehow offer help which constitutes more than $4-5k builder is offering from referral?
