What is this?

(SOLVED) It was my glovebox damper

I just found it on my passenger side floor, not sure if I braked too hard and knocked this loose, it's not in the doors (I think), maybe underneath the dash near the glovebox?? Idk everything works normally. It's like a suction thing and it extends and retracts the arm thing.

I'm so confused what this is.

Is it normal for engine vibration sounds when lugging. I think I might have some heat shield vibration as-well making the sound worse

There's also a little bit of squeaking if I'm REALLY lugging it. This video is not how I drive it, but I do notice the vibration noise especially around 1.4k-1.7k which is not a crazy low rpm especially in lower gears while driving. I'm not sure if the noise is heat shield or my engine about to explode.

Thanks for the help!

So I want to replace my front grill on my 2018 Mazda 3 GT. And it's not gonna be much but it will be a honeycomb grill that blacks out that chrome part of the front bumper that I don't like.

But all of the bumpers I look say "not for the GT model!" Why is this? What's different about the 2018 GT compared to the non GT's in the front bumper area? Not even the front bumper, just the grill. Is it something with the Mazda logo?

I now believe it's my drain plug and it's lack of a crush washer, that's it!

Sorry it was raining, so a rush video but it seems pretty clear it's from the oil pan or something.
