Senior .NET Engineers, what actually makes you consider a new opportunity?

Senior .NET Engineers, what actually makes you consider a new opportunity?

We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer for a remote role aligned with USA hours.

I am curious from experienced engineers here, what really matters most when you think about switching?

Better pay, more ownership, interesting problems, remote flexibility, or team culture?

We are building around C# / .NET, Azure, distributed systems, APIs, SQL Server, CI/CD, and strong engineering ownership.

Genuinely interested in hearing real opinions from the community.
