Hacker/Cheater on Console 06/30/2026

Just wanted to give yall the heads up in case you're on console (i encountered this on Playstation 4).

I know there's been hackers/cheaters for a while, but I wanted to show you guys some visible proof.

I had someone argue with me that there are no hackers on console 😂

Dude was aimbotting, wallhacking, using the tesla gun and yeah.

Just keep an eye out yall, be safe out there 🙂 Also I AM NOT PROMOTING CHEATING/HACKING. GET GOOD OR FIND A NEW GAME. No cheating. (Ignore my class, still grinding for camos)

What would you do to increase pullups?

Howdy all, I am currently training at the gym 2-3 a week. Sometimes only once a week due to lack of motivation and laziness.

Im happy with my progress both visual and physical (considering how inconsistent I am). The one thing I am unhappy with is my amount of pullups I can do.

I do indeed have a personal goal of being able to do 15 strict, clean pull ups for a set (then working to be able to do more sets from there)

I can do about 4 pull ups in one set before I cant do anymore. This is always starting from a dead hang and every rep.

I weigh 150 pounds/ 68kg.

Heres a quick recap of what i do at the gym

3 sets of 10 for bench press

2 sets of 10 for concentration curls

2 sets of 10 for hammer curls

3 sets of 8 for lat pull downs

2 sets of 20 second of dead hang

2 sets of 10 for chest flys

I also try and swim twice a week in a pool for an hour, not very far or fast and taking breaks.

My gym doesnt have a chest row but it does have a cable row. Hindsight typing my workout plan, I dont do much...

"Why dont you watch YT videos"

Because I cant ask a specific question or get answers/recommendations more specific towards me. I also cant tell the video what I am doing at the moment.

I am more then happy to elaborate if anyone needs more questions. I will be more then happy to recieve constructive criticism. Thank you for your help and for reading.

Would being an assistant or head coach be right for me?

Good morning everyone (or whatever time it is for you).

Ive been considering becoming an XC coach for a while but havent pulled the trigger since I have a few questions. (Preface, im in the United States, west coast if it matters)

- Yes I have a day job that pay bills and supports me. Its consistent hours and thankfully no weekends. I have my own transportation. Unfortunately work is early mornings at 8 and ends around 2:30 which is around the time highschool athletes in my area would start practice (8 in the summer and 2:30 during the school year is what the teams around me do)

- I have ran since I was 10 and currently 22. Club, then highschool, then D3 for a season before injury.

- I have basically no experience coaching but there are some head coach opportunities and assistant coaching opportunities for cross country being posted around me.

- Yes i have the money and time to get the proper certifications like first aid, cpr, heat stroke or whatever the job posting requires.

Would it be smarter to be an assistant coach first to gain the knowledge/hands on learning be better then diving right into a head coach position? (Assuming I get the position)

I do have references (coaches themselves) that I can add to my resume, they would all say im great with kids and was a good hard working person as their athlete and as a person as a whole. They all know I do it for the love of the sport.

(In addition to that, I could always ask these coaches that I use as my references for some advice and pointers).

Im open to suggestions, advice, comments, judgements, and criticism. Thank you all for your time.
