Looking for feedback from current or past residents - how is the area in 2026? Actual experience in the apartments? The lake is great and so are the trails, but want to see what the community and management is like. We've heard that some buildings are definitely better than others.
So before I write this post I know that Dover is not good and will obviously be supporting independent businesses myself. However, a family member had gifted me a $100 gift card a few months ago and I only ever used about half of it. Now they are closing, and I was told by their support team that they are no longer accepting gift cards in store or online.
Is there any way to get the money back or redeem it? Seems like theft to me (which tracks based on their treatment of vendors - ugh). Seems like there should be some legal consequences for being unable to honor a gift card that has already been paid for?
