Edible tolerance estimation

A few days ago I took around 30mg, then redosed ~45mg about 3 hours later (total ~75mg) and I got absolutely blasted.

Since then I’ve been using daily for a few days.

Today over around 4 hours I took something like:
40mg + 30mg + 40mg + 30mg
(total around 140mg)

And honestly I barely feel much. The effects I felt is significantly much less than the first day.

It’s a high potency THC extract/oil (supposedly around 95% THC) and I take it sublingually.

So I’m wondering:

  • Can edible tolerance really build THIS fast?
  • Is there a way to know how much tolerance builds up so I can redose correctly?
  • Is this a standard effect of THC edibles?

Would appreciate hearing from people with experience.

First time using a decarb/infusion machine, best brownie recipes?

I’m going to try making cannabutter, brownies.

I bought this decarboxylator + infusion machine:
Huanyu Decarboxylator & Infuser

My previous homemade attempts with normal stovetop infusion went badly:

  • butter became very dark
  • buds partially burned
  • effects were weak and mostly sleepy
  • dosing was inconsistent

So this time I want to do it properly with the machine.

My ingredients:

  • 10g flower
  • 25% THC

Questions:

  • What recipe/process would you recommend specifically for this machine?
  • Ideal decarb temperature/time?
  • How long should infusion run?
  • How do you calculate realistic mg per brownie after losses?
  • I want to divide it so that I get around 20–30 mg per piece,is this a good amount for someone who smokes but doesn't eat edibles?

I’d really appreciate advice from people who regularly bakes.
