Hey, I’m from FL (NA EST) but region doesn’t matter to me, I’m looking to make some friends and find some people to talk to about our interests and stuff. When it comes to video games I mostly stick MMOs and RPGs, but I’ll play anything really, even if just to try it. Some games I love and would be down to play include World of Warcraft (retail & classic), Final Fantasy, Guild Wars 2, Persona, Monster Hunter, Overwatch, Elder Scrolls, Fortnite, among others. For WoW specifically I’m really into m+ and raiding, so hmu if that’s something you’re interested in, though I’m down to do any content in that game or FFXIV.
I’m also a big fan of movies and anime, always down to just watch a movie on discord or I could talk about movies for hours, always looking for film recommendations. As for anime, I like Naruto, CSM, JJK, AoT, Orb, FMA, Code Geass, and a bunch more. I also really like music, with artists/bands like Panchiko, Deftones, Radiohead, BMTH, Bladee, Loathe, Nirvana, The Strokes, and others, I listen to mostly every genre depending on my mood, though lately I’ve been getting into Shoegaze more than anything. I love discovering music and sharing mine so I’ll listen to anything I’m sent.
If this sounds cool or whatever, feel free to shoot me a dm and maybe we can add each other on discord or something afterwards.
As the title says, I’m having a hard time sticking with the game. For some context, I beat Persona 5 Royal about 2 months or so ago, and it’s honestly my favorite RPG of all time now. So of course, I jumped into Persona 3 Reload next, as I’ve heard praises of this game, and I love the aesthetic it has going for it. However, I’m having a hard time connecting with the game and the story, and find myself getting bored easily, which was not the case with 5, that one hooked me instantly. The Dark Hour is cool, and so far I’ve enjoyed exploring Tartarus, but it feels like nothing is happening at all storywise. Am I doing something wrong? Or does the game just have a very slow start? I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you.
