Idk if it's just me but Shen Haoming kept giving gifts to Xu Yuan after every achivement. Achievement as in helping him secure investments. Even when she got hurt in >!Ep 12!< he gave her a reward, a credit card 😭 I found it really odd. Like why would you keep giving rewards to your wife? Did he see her as a trophy or what? And whenever she asked him ">!what's this reward for?" He would only say she needs to get used to it. !<
