8 days, no router shipment or tracking number
Do I keep waiting or cancel the order? I've never seen it take this long.

Had to return my last CHR30 as it had issues rebooting. Had issues like another poster where I tried store pickup of a new one but their system does not show the order and couldn't give me the equipment. So I called, they did a new order, and it's been 3 days with no shipment or tracking number yet. Is this order glitched too? Or are they really this delayed? This is Upstate NY and the stores have plenty of stock.
My ASUS router that always used to cap at 200 something upload on FiOS...I plugged it into the CHR30 for the heck of it, and now it is also getting 900+ upload like the CHR30. If I plug it directly into the ONT, it goes right back to the 200 something upload. So, it's seeing the full upload from the new router, but still has the issue with the ONT itself, as did past Verizon routers. Anyone have the real explanation for this? It still doesn't make sense to this day
A couple times I've had a weird issue, whenever I have to reboot the router for any random reason, like this time it was getting only 78 mbps on gig, so I did a simple reboot of ONT and router. The router refused to reboot and the white light flashed for 10+ minutes. I plugged in my own ASUS router and it worked within 2 minutes. Then I moved the Ethernet back into the CHR30 and it worked fine.
TLDR: Every time I reboot the CHR30 I seem to need to connect another router first to "help" it along for some reason.
Hope when they ship equipment back it connects through the serial numbers. I returned my cr1000a and extender to ups just now and they didn't ask for anything at all, just gave a receipt.
I noticed in the plan builder that there's a new "WiFi access point" and it mentions WiFi 7. New router? The cr1000a always sucked. I use my own router, but if there's a new one, I'd be willing to try it out. And if it still sucks, I can stick it in the closet and keep using my own.
