I am at my wits end with this.

I've had an IUD for two years now. Year one was great. Year two has been a nightmare.

Recurring BV, Yeast Infections and now Vaginitis.

I want to keep the IUD because I bleed super heavy otherwise and this is the only method that's helped.

I take probiotics, even the fancy expensive ones. Done boric acid, probiotic suppositories, do all the things to prevent this and it keeps happening.

Went to multiple GYN women who said it "just happens". There's no way. I researched and found that a biofilm can form on the IUD.

Also read on a few threads NAC can destroy it. But it isn't giving me much info past that on it.

Anyone tried this? Do you take orally or can you do it as a suppository?
