Has anyone heard of or booked with Pure Nile Tours (pureniletours)? Noticed several red flags
I’m researching tour operators for an upcoming trip to Egypt and came across Pure Nile Tours). While researching their background before booking, a few things seemed suspicious and raised red flags:
Questionable Reviews: The few reviews online (TripAdvisor, Google) appear to come from accounts with only 1 or 2 contributions. Their website displays badges claiming 5-star ratings on TripAdvisor, Google, and Booking.com, but they don't seem to link to verifiable, established review profiles.
UK Virtual Address: They prominently advertise a UK Certificate of Incorporation and an address on City Road in London, which is a known virtual office / forwarding address.
Mismatched Local Addresses: The Egyptian address listed in their emails differs from the address shown on their website footer, and neither seems to correspond to a verified physical agency office.
Inactive Social Media: Their social pages have thousands of followers but essentially zero organic engagement, comments, or tagged traveler photos.
Has anyone here actually used this agency before, or is it safer to steer clear and book with more established operators?
