Home theater setup

Apologies for the rude and elementary photos with my descriptions. I just did it quick while I'm at work today. So last month I used GIK room designer and they came back with some suggestions. I've sourced a few of the panels so far but still have more to go before I install them hopefully all in one day. As far as that one photo with the mark up's goes the S are the 3 subs and the other orange circles are where all my speakers are and skinny squares by tv are my front main speakers. The black panels are all the suggestions from GIK. The other day I was using AI to assist with some stuff, I mentioned to it that I have a chance to buy a used pair of GIK poly diffuser https://www.gikacoustics.com/products/evolution-polyfusor?srsltid=AfmBOoqdgqcSDWDVZV6Jf4GhhX2Kt10qJkMtwLtgxfldWFVznzWhKkds

AI came back with positive confirmation that it would be a great benefit in my home theater. AI mentioned to place one left 2 feet and 2 feet above carpet next to Left front main and the same for the Right front main. With the photos of my home theater that I've added would you guys confirm it's worth getting these poly diffusers and the placement AI suggested? I can get these used in good condition for $125 for the pair.

Forgot to mention it's a 7.3.4 system.

Sound panel mounting/location ideas

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FHQBMHR3?th=1

I'm in the process of getting some sound panels up in my home theater room. I have a mix of 4x2 and 2x1(4) panels. Main panels are 2.5in rockwool diy, these 4 2x1 I linked to are 2x1. Of the bigger panels I have nearly enough for my L shape room not counting celing clouds. So I'm stuck on what to do with these 4 2x1, should I put them together to form one big 4x2 and if so how? These 2x1 panels have a adhensive backing. Or do I try and place them around the room somewhere? One of the 3d design tool I used recommended a 4x2 panel on one of my doors. I could try putting all 4 up on the door but would I beneifit sticking them on flat or trying to put an 2in air gap behind like all my other panels are mounted with. Also thought about putting them behind my FL and FR mains. Stacking 2 high should be enough to reach floor with a little sticking past my Klipsch RP 8000F.

Been slowly trying to get my system sounding better.

I have a Denon 3800H and been using OCA express then moved to AcoustiX using the simple default settings. Been slowly playing around with custom filters and the like. But I've finally come to the conlusion my system is not going to sound any better than I have (which sounds good) until I really learn how to use REW. I've found various YT vids on this subject but none that I really am comprending enough to use the knowledge in my system. So long story short I need some great EASY to follow recommendation REW YT vids.

I have two of the SVS SB2000 pro subwoofers and sadly somehow during all the renovation I have lost the grills. I spoke with SVS and for some stupid reason they don't sell grills. I love SVS and have many of there subs and in the past they have had great customer service when I've had any issues. But this is the stupidest thing I've heard of that they don't have any for sale. You have plenty of drivers and amp plates but no grills? seriously WTF lol

So now what?? any idea on how someone would build a grill? I've searched ebay and FB market place and Craigslist and found 0 zilch nada.
