I always thought it was the second so if you were born with lvl 8 you get +10 and have a innate soul power of lvl 18, which is why qian renxue is spoken of as such a genius, and for example qian xuanji had lesser than that

what I mean is what is the peak one can achieve without god level opportunities like immortal herbs or something, I think 2 Levels above. So if you have lvl 7 innate soul power your max peak with luck here and there is title douluo, but thats the absolute peak, so I don't think for example you can achieve title douluo with lvl 6 innate soul power, max soul douluo (yes there are anomalies like our sword sain with innate 3 soul power, but I mean the absolute peak without protagonist halo stuff)

I recently thought about which animal - spirit beast hybrid would be the smartest to domesticate, though about horees but came to the conclusion that the humble cow is the answer, spirit milk and stronger oxes to plow land seems very good. But then I thought about how to better feed them and my question is basically can the plant generated trough a spirit master with the normal trash blue silver gras martial soul or a hay type soul be used to feed them? Like if it's possible in the first place I know that people with these spirits probably have no to low amount of innate spirit power and can only generate a small amount before exhaustion but if you had like 1k of them that would stack and maybe be more nutritional than normal grass/feed ?
