Hi! I just want to ask who does UPM prioritize in the manual appeals process. I recently saw some posts that UPM prioritizes non-qualifiers. Do these non-qualifiers include the waitlisted/dpwas programs who have no slots?

And also, for those who tried the manual appeals from the previous years, are any of you former waitlisted/dpwas with no slot? Hypothetically if you were a UPD DPWAS with no slot and also a DOST scholar, how likely will you get in?

Hi I am a DPWAS turned non-passer. I would like to know what were the available programs from last year's G.A in UPLB. I'm currently stuck because I couldn't find any posts from recent years. Thank you!
