I have a local subscription who rotate different coffees all within a profile.. So you can essentially choose whether you like darker or lighter roasted coffees and each delivery might be a different bag but within your selected profile.

I like this as it gets me variety but they are still much of a muchness and their prices have risen a couple of times in recent months.

I fancy trying a new subscription.

I brew with a chemex or v60 and drink it black. My preference is for lighter roasts that have a sweetness to them.

Please hit me with your subscription recommendations for anywhere that you think I should consider. 👌🏼
