Anyone deal with any issues with TickPick?

First of all, let me say that we always buy direct but weren’t able to snag them for this show. My daughter begged for tickets to a concert for her 16th birthday so we bought them on TickPick and the tickets were pretty quickly transferred to my account. Then they disappeared and Ticketmaster said that the original seller violated terms.

I reached out to Tick Pick and they haven’t been helpful. My daughter’s birthday was in June and the concert is in October but I’m wondering if Tick Pick is going to leave us holding the bag?
