"I have been using my iQOO Z6 Pro 5G phone for about three and a half years. Now its display is damaged. I called the iQOO center and booked a display. It will cost around ₹5,000 for the display. Then they called and told me that the display is out of stock. Instead, they offered to give me a Vivo Y31 phone. They also said that I have to pay ₹6,000 to them. Furthermore, if there is any defect or damage on either phone, they will charge extra money for that too. Is this a good deal?"
