GLM suddenly super bad?

I continued an RP that was previously on glm 5.2 with 5.3, and it did lovely, 5.3 seemed like an improvement. Today I started a new chat tho, and... It's so bad? Some sentences the characters says make no sense? Went to a tailor and she started giving me bolts?? Constantly forgetting which universe we're in (on ALL my other role plays, even back whe I did it in chatgpt website, simply putting 'set in popular IP universe' in the scenario has been enough), randomly changing the names of characters after 10 messages. I tried to change back to 5.2 but feels the same. I know it's common to nerf a model after a few days, but not sure if this is just the new roleplay I've set up or smth else? Same pressed, ff micro, on both, so shouldn't be a difference.

At least the output length is good, with 5.2 I got super long outputs even when asking for shorter ones..

I am so sick of this

I only use Shizuke with ShizuTools because certain games (that doesn't need sound) kills the music I am playing in the background, and I wanna be able to listen to songs while I play. But I see more and more apps pop up where I can't have developer options or Shizuke and it's like... Mind your own buisness mate 😭

GLM 5.2 how many tokens do you realistically want to send (and general long term memory qs)

Hi all.

I currently use glm 5.2 on tavo (so not st but close enough?), and hearing rgst glm 5.2 has 1m context, I decided to do a trial of ditching the long term memory and just sending the whole chat to the api, similar to what I did when I used to rp on ai studio back when 2.5 was released.

Anyhow, results have been... Meh? Good in the beginning ofc, feeling flat at about 3-400k tokens.

So, looking for advice to other 5.2 users, how much have you found the model can handle well? How much chat history do you send to the api?

And, while we're at it, what prompt for long term memory do you use, and where do you inject it? Right before chat history?

I've been doing this on and off for years now but I'm still don't know a lot about how things work, just realised like a month ago how much better ffm5 preset is than my old home made narrator character cards....
