Update on cobwood sauna #4
The progress is slow, but it is a beauty of it. We are doing a little bit at the time. We have finished the walls (yay!) and put the beams of the reciprocal roof.

Raking wine
Today I racked two 5lt demijohns into 12 * 750ml swing tops. Wines are Walton Cross and Muscat/Chardonnay that I made this April/May. The wines were made “skin contact” “orange” style

Got one of those just to try. It was ok - some nice Connecticut flavours at the start, but nothing special till the end.
