hi, can you please recommend me a doctor for adhd specialisation that could also prescribe me medication. i have consulted a psychiatrist before and was diagnosed with depression and anxiety instead. but i dont think that’s the case. also, she’s not even talking to me, she’s just listening. kind of dont like her way. i wunna converse, like the one in the movies. but i know you’ll refer me to a psychologist instead. but i want it to be a one-package professional who can do therapy and prescribe meds. i dont want to have to deal with two ppl. 💀 thank you please help me. my previous medications are just mood stabilisers and or mood boosters or whatever, it doesnt work at all. i asked her for a medication that could help me focus. but she just adjust the dosage of those what i previously had. i need to focus. i dont want to hyperfocus on the deadline itself. i want to function normally like everyone else. it’s so hard for me to condition myself to do my job unless i had a deadline. please please recommend me a good doctor please. thank you.
