I simply hate calories work, they have made my life hell.
I've been running 10k daily to lose some weight as I've plateaued and need to shock the system.
Got invited to a party tonight. They had some amazing food, food to die for, and of course I lost the discipline because I am a weak & pathetic guy. Duska, chicken, ras malai, halwa, ice cream, was like a fucking wedding buffet.
I had food that could bring down one weak elephant. Perhaps if the elephant is suffering from polio.
1 hour eating, 10k calories. 1 hour running in zone 2, 550 calories.
Fucking annoyed how easy it is to gorge on calories, and the worst part is YOU FEEL GREAT DOING SO.
The god is a troll.
