Give devil his grounding effect back
He's good without it but it would help with his matchups. A good balance would be so you have to focus the lazer for a few seconds and build up an invisible meter on them which procs the grounding effect on the target if you've focused them enough with it. The threshold could even be high idc, so long as it's there it's good
The way is see playing Dino is similar to how most people play magik. Magiks got a good win rate because people know when to switch off and what a good matchup is Vs what a bad matchup is. Forcing Dino into some matchups will just lose you the match, like if you have a good flyer against you and your team just isn't dealing with them at all it's just better to switch off bc its harder to deal with them yourself esp if they play out of reach of your beam and jump. Giving a weakened grounding effect back would at least help a little against this
