MuscleBlaze advertised the metal kunai scoop with their Naruto collab combo, took our money, then quietly removed it and called it a "recent update" — without telling a single customer.
I ordered the Biozyme Performance Whey + Creatine CreAMP Special Naruto Edition Stack. Their product listing — on both the website and app — clearly shows TWO metal kunai scoops as part of the combo. Not a banner. Not a tagline. The actual hero image of the product.
My order then sat in a warehouse for nearly FIVE DAYS before being dispatched. No email. No notification. No heads up.
When the order arrived, no kunai scoop. I contacted support and was told: *"As per a recent update, the scoop is not available with this order variant."*
I asked the obvious question — if this update exists, why does your website and app STILL show the scoop in the product images RIGHT NOW? Their response: *"We are unable to take any further action."*
The "resolution" they offered? A plastic scoop. As a replacement for a limited edition metal kunai from a premium Naruto collab.
Here's what makes this worse:
- The listing STILL shows the kunai scoop as of today
- They confirmed the scoop exists — it comes with the WrathX Pre-Workout — so it's not a supply issue
- No customer was informed of this "update" before or after purchase
- The order was held for 5 days before dispatch — plenty of time to notify anyone
**This isn't a fulfilment error. This is false advertising.**
