Hello, I’ve read on several wikis that Star Wars technology supposedly originated from Rakata technology; since the peoples of the galaxy didn't fully master that technology, the current technology is ephemeral by comparison. Is that the reason there is so little technological evolution in Star Wars? Is that right?
