i noticed that all my fav characters in media are catgirls , i MIGHT have an issue

My mom had picked these up at a yardsale for me , and while i was looking at them and cleaning them up , i noticed these purple blemishes on butter cookie’s and lime chiffon’s face
I don’t know anything about dolls other than basic cleaning things , so I was wondering if you guys knew what this was?
I thought maybe it could be marker , but I remember that whole LPS pink mold stuff on tiktok so idk
