Stretching services, but covered by insurance

My whole life I've had issues with flexibility, and I've never ever been able to touch my toes, even in my youth when I was super athletic. I'd like to improve my flexibility but feel like I am limited to what I can do on my own. I'm in my 40s, and I'm worried about my long term mobility.

I've looked into Stretchlabs but can't afford it, and my RMT is too expensive to go to at the frequency I think I need. In time, yoga is a possibility, but I definitely need more hands on assistance to get to a place where I think I'd benefit from it.

Any recommendations? Any advice? Thank you!

It's 2 days after 5 years from degree conferral - will I be rejected?

It's 2 days after May 19, 2021, which was my Master's degree conferral - should I pay and apply or save my money because I'll be rejected?

Thank you!
