Re-grout bathroom tiles?

We've got these nice, big tiles in our bathroom floor including shower. The house is about 15 years old.

The grout looks a bit porous and crumbly. When wiping it with a wet cloth, a fair bit of dark smudge is being picked up. Pushing a fingernail into the grout with a bit of force will leave a mark. Do I need to regrout? Reseal? Leave it alone?

I'm worried that the shower might be leaking.

Thanks!
