Copias dobles!?

Copias dobles!?

Bought two of the Zetas... and two Hyper Mega Launchers. Now I can display the MS mode and the Wave Rider.

Zeta has been my favorite MS since I saw the PG back in the year 2000 or so.

Forgive my messy desk

One of my favorite upgrades: B16 Coilovers

Throwback photo from before I installed these. Have had them on for 3 years now. Made the car feel so much better on the road, especially since the original dampers had almost 150k miles on them. The little bit of drop looks nice too.

Since then, I've refreshed nearly every other part if the suspension front and back. Rides like a new car now.

Hypergrams on the 6th gen

Honda stock wheels are kind of garbage. Too heavy and don't fit with the body in my opinion. Bought some aftermarket wheels last year and lowered the car about an inch with some Eibach springs. Looks way better now.

Pulling the Transmission... Again

PSA: BGRS changed the grease the recommend using with their Ultimate Throwout Bearing. The original rec wasn't thick enough and could (did) cause rattling sounds.

Mine was pretty noisy when accelerating. Thought the noise was the new header I installed at the same time I did the clutch upgrade last spring, but realized the noise would go away if I depressed the clutch just a little. Pretty annoying to have to drop this all again just for $1 worth of grease. Kinda tempted to just go back to OEM since I have new parts on the shelf already.

Put maybe 1000 miles on the car since I last had this apart. Was easier this time at least.

Just bought my 2nd set of these. First lasted about 3.5 years before they got a little to hard and needed to be replaced. They feel really grippy and comfortable when new.

Bridgestone Potenza Sport 205/55/R16 on OEM 16" wheels. 16x6.5 made by Enkei. 34.6 lbs for each wheel+tire. 6.4 lbs less than stock

This was a few years ago. Lights were looking yellow and sad from a few years of parking outside and lots of miles on the road. I didn't want to get non-OEM lights and the HIDs that came on my car were $1400 each from Toyota. Way too much.

Bought a set of used JDM HIDs for about $300 shipped, and baked them in the oven to separate them. Swapped in my USDM projectors and upgraded the projector lenses to some clear morimotos that have a sharp cutoff (this looks cool, but makes them less usable at night I learned... oh well).

Turns out the DRL reflector shroud is a little different on the JDM set, and look a bit nicer than the USDM ones. Everything fit together no problem and the lights look brand new for less than $400. Still has the factory UV protection. Car lives in the garage now so these should last a long time.
