So I am on this link

It says that when opening a TFSA it asks you what you'll use it for. I didn't get that question and I am at a point where I am presented with docs to fill out. So I bailed.

I don't wanna open a junk TFSA that I can't use for custom index. Anybody knows exactly WHEN I am presented with that option?

Also, as an aside, can I move USD from one TFSA to another TFSA within Questrade (both accounts mine)? I assume I'd have to liquidate and then fund the new account, which is fine.
