Hi everyone! I am helping a US-based Radiologist find a dedicated, long-term Assistant to help manage her practice.

Timeline: This position will start in 3–5 months once licensing is finalized. I am looking to find and secure the right candidate now.

The Role:
• Radiology Report Editing: Utilizing specialized software to edit and format reports (Training provided, but medical terminology must be second nature).
• Clinical Workflow: Setting up diagnostic image layouts and looking up patient history to flag relevant data for my review.
• Real-Time Collaboration: You will log into a secure, HIPAA-compliant server and work the exact same hours as me (US Timezone).
• Schedule: Roughly 5–6 hours per day.

Requirements (Strictly Enforced):
• Clinical Education/Experience: You MUST be a Student, Registered Nurse (RN), Radiologic Technologist (RT), OR have significant experience in Medical Transcription/Radiology support. Please do not apply if you do not have a healthcare background.
• Language: Mastery of medical terminology and flawless written English.
• Technical: High-speed internet (Fiber) + a reliable power backup solution (UPS/Power Station) is mandatory for this clinical role.
Rate:
• Starting at $8 USD per hour. Experience in Radiology specifically will be compensated at a higher starting rate.

• Organizing and managing diagnostic imaging reports/records.
• Communicating with clinics and referring physicians.
• General administrative support and HIPAA-compliant data entry.

Requirements:
• Background: Must have a healthcare background (Nursing, Allied Health, or previous Medical VA experience is highly preferred).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Technical: Stable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Software: Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
• Reliability: Ability to work US EST/PST hours (Night shift in PH).
