Last night, during the saturnine hour, I casted a protection/binding spell. I just get such a kick out of ceromancy. My first thought was teeth—the spell’s got a bite to it.
It later became a crown, and in the the lower right of the final image, a crescent moon makes an appearance.

You must read 100 books of your genre before you try to write.
You must read 100 full length novels of your genre before you try to write. I suppose you wonder of exceptions, “Oh! but reddit user, I read poetry! novellas and memoirs!” I am sorry, but there are no permissible exceptions to this rule.
Yes, you may read outside your genre, and it is good as God once said before the rib and after or during the seven days but before that snake too I think, I don’t know, it was something like that, you know, the bible? The creation myth, but again, you must read 100 full length novels of your chosen genre, so basically you must read a lot, before you try writing. Novellas do not count but read them.
Why I tell you this my poor foolish goodfolk? For every 100 full length novels of your chosen genre your writing nears oh! incredible! pulitzer! If you wrote before reaching that quota it will all just be bad, fart, fart bad, poop from a butt. When you read the 100 full length novels of your chosen genre you will automatically be much good actually and definitely ahead of many many people who write poop or write like poop, or even with or about poop.
