Hi, I have extracted water from the mushrooms like it says in the guide. The mushrooms were fresh and now it has been 3 days since I did it but I don’t have a test strip so I didnt want to do the decarb process yet. I ordered them but it says like 10 days to deliver . How long can I store the mushroom water in my fridge for before they go bad?

Also, do you have any suggestions for me to do without any citric acid or the ph strips if it does go bad? (Someone said i could freeze them, ???)
