Package Returned by Customs - Sugargoo Claims They Don't Have It

Hi everyone, My package returned by china customs and send back to the sender(sugargoo warehouse), which in this case is Sugargoo. According to China Post tracking, it was successfully delivered back to the original sender. But Sugargoo is telling me they don't have the package and that it's "at the logistics provider's warehouse." That's unacceptable - the tracking clearly shows it was received. Sugargoo needs to take responsibility and either retrieve the package or resend it. This is not the customer's fault, and I expect them to follow up properly. Has anyone faced this before and managed to get it resolved?
