Just wondering because some say that people from tv/film often appear shorter in person.

It's been said before that it is known as "Thankful Meditation". At some point, in a short documentary on youtube, Jenny seems to say that it's a short story that she wrote playing on a wonky recorder. Does anyone know the real answer?
