One of Frank's biggest delusions is that Saladino conspired with Taban to botch Frank

This one is absolutely ridiculous because how would these two even know each other? How would Taban know anything about their beef? Of all the ways to get back at someone, how would you do it with them getting a voluntary plastic surgery? And why would Taban risk ruining his livelihood by botching someone on purpose?

Does anyone know when and why Frank became estranged from his family?

I rewatched his first eye surgery vlog last night and in it he said he was going to show up to his parents with sunglasses on and how they knew nothing of his plans to get the procedure.

Side note: It's quite unsettling to see how "normal" (I mean he never really was normal) he was compared to how bitter, hateful and unhinged he's become now. After the botched surgery and whatever caused him to become so isolated, his mental health spiraled completely.

We adopted a dog so I'd feel less lonely but she's only bonded with my partner because I can't do care tasks

Keeping this short because I am in PEM but it's been my dream to adopt a dog and have a buddy in the house so I'd feel less lonely. We picked the chilliest most easy-going dog we could find and my partner has been amazing at caring for her. I've ordered and researched everything she needs, her vet, groomer + schedule, figuring out her food, organizing returns, getting deals on everything we've ordered, and doing all communication with the rescue and the application for her etc.

It's taken a massive toll on me and I've put myself in severe PEM trying to play with her so I've backed off. However now she's completely attached to my partner and despite hand feeding her, taking her out on the balcony, and cuddling her she is glued to him and always looking to run to him, so I still feel alone and have slid back into severe. I don't want to have her lay in bed with me as I rarely wash the sheets and have a mild allergy to her. Just a vent because I'm incredibly heartbroken.

My old dog was incredibly affectionate even to family members that weren't direct carers so I'm missing her a bit extra.

ETA: she does lay at my bedside sometimes and does show me some affection but obviously he is her person

TL;DR: new dog is attached to my partner because I can't do care tasks so even though I've done a lot of mental labor from bed and do little things for her she's attached deeply to him and I'm still feeling lonely and have regressed to severe.
