Looking for a solution for drum triggering synthesizer
So I am currently using a Yamaha DTX2 drum brain to send out Mitty to my nordpad. I’m using the bass drum tower and one of the drums at the moment, but I have another idea. I want to put triggers on my acoustic drums that would feed into the drum brain, but I want to be able to turn off and on the signal from the triggers to the brain and I want to be able to do this with my foot. I know I need a momentarily on switch. I’m just not sure what the best way to break the signal along the way, I would be looking to send four trigger signals based on high Tom low Tom in Midtown to trigger CGAF as an example your thoughts?
