Need some advice!

I'm choosing between KJ Somaiya, VIT Pune, MIT-WPU, and Newton School of Technology for B.Tech CSE.

I live in Mumbai. If I join KJ Somaiya, my parents won't let me stay in a hostel, so I'll have to commute. But if I choose VIT, MIT-WPU, or Newton, they'll allow me to live in a hostel.

I also really want a college with a good exchange/semester abroad program, strong placements, and a good coding culture.

If you were in my position, which would you choose and why?
