Snapped while readjusting, warranty denied
used everyday for just under 2 years, never been dropped, I'm not a brute who treats em like shit.
snapped while readjusting them to fit my neck, warranty denied because they have "good build quality and aren't commonly broken this way", listen man I get it, but sometimes products just have weird unicorn breakages It that kinda not the whole point of a warranty from the consumers' perspective?
I recently had my monitor's crt controller die (I think), and the RMA process really was night-and-day compared to B&W's, so that might also be apart of why this feels bad :v
