the experience of connecting the new matter products is an absolute disaster. so much so that the last troubleshoot suggestion is "If you have tried to connect a product multiple times without success reset the Thread network". which suggests that the engineers knew that the process is broken and they went ahead with it anyway.

I got 3 new products, after 4 hours I managed to connect 2. not before I had to reset the thread 3 times because each one won't connect at a time, which forced me to relink everything cause when you resent the thread the link to already setup devices breaks.... it's awful honestly, the WORST UX I've experienced. I'm giving up on the 3rd switch at this point, it's taken far too long.

I followed the docs, enabling allow browser integration option in the desktop app settings. the option to unlock the browser extension with biometrics is greyed out. any idea why?
