I leveled up beginning of June due to me winning a good amount I also spent more with them… my bonus went up and I received a bonus reward. Now they tell me I leveled up again yet it should be Elite lll yet they kept me at Elite ll and never even raised my daily bonus! So last night I took a screenshot of it and then when I logged on today, it’s telling me back at Elite l!?!? Like what? I emailed them and asked for my transaction history to pro prove it to them so they sent me first only my history of what I’ve paid to them so I emailed them back and asked for the entire transactions and then they just sent me what I’ve paid, and what I’ve cashed out so I asked them for also the history with my rewards, and now they’re telling me that they have a high volume of people and can’t help me? Shadyyyyy
