Uglavnom ledja me ufatila na poslu a svakako poslodavac jede govna radi se 11-12 sati dnevno minimum a fixna placa na ugovor od 40h sedmicno.

Vidi sad situaciju - ugovor je na mjesec dana, medjutim isti je istekao sa krajem aprila ali idalje radim i normalno sam prijavljen - nije potpisan taj novi ugovor i ima nas jos koji smo takvi, standardna prica u firmi.

Ja sam nekad davno procitao da se u ovakvim slucajevima vodi kao da sam na neodredjeno prijavljen u pogledu zakona, ali me zanimaju konkretna iskustva ostalih - moze li dati otkaz?

So I got a weird one. I am from Europe and am supposed to start working as a lineman on monday (works a bit different here, we go to highschool to become electricians).

Company provides all the equipment including shoes (which they buy in bulk and have laying around), so I don’t have an option for another pair.

Here’s the issue - I have a wide foot.
I tried size 14 but were too big so I went with 13,

Left shoe fits just fine but the right one feels incredibly tight on top of the foot (UNDER STEEL TOE CAP) and slightly bends two toes.
I did have this happen with other shoes before but those were sneakers so they did expand and accommodate the foot better.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I could possibly stretch the shoes?

I have the weekend ahead of me, I was thinking of putting some wood sideways and praying for the best but I am looking for any advice here.
