My daughter is disabled and had surgery this week. She’s had complications. I was able to find someone to cover me tomorrow but I couldn’t find anyone to cover me today. Manager is saying that I got two points. One for being tardy and one for the unexcused absence. I did call over two hours prior to my shift. He said that if it was a no call/no show it would have been 3. Is this accurate? I was under the impression it was only 1 point. Thanks
